You may post in Chinese or English Text.

To post your productions and events to this forum:

CHECKLIST:

1) A Title and Caption, In CAPS if Possible.
2) Please add the Company initial to the Title, example: "SRT - Boom" or "TheatreWorks - 24 Hr"
2) Synopsis of the Productions: Not too long to ease reading
3) Ticketing Information: Please be clear and detail, use linebreaks for date/time/price etc.
4) Email and Link to production website
5) Links the Production/Event dates to the Calendar

*** Please post to the respective board for the different subject, posting in the wrong board might result in the articles being moved by the moderator without your permission.

Guidelines:

1) You may post production news whenever you prefer.
2) If it is not within the weeks please post it to "WHAT'S COMING"
3) Transfer your post from "WHAT'S COMING" to "THIS WEEK" when the production is happening in the weeks.
4) If its the last day for the production, you may choose to move to post to "CLOSING"
5) Once your production is over, please transfer your posts to "ARCHIVE"
6) "Competition" & "Festival" should be posted to their respective "Boards"
7) Link the deadline for the competition to the Calendar.

** Only a certain membergroups have been given the privilege to link to the Calendar. Theatre companies and some individual are given priority.

All links to Calendar will get to appear on the highlighted zone on the info board, this way, when your production is nearing the day it will all be made know to the public. If you do not make use of the Calendar then if there are further post by others your post will get pushed down and may be lost if the forum gets more post.

Publicist and marketing:

1) If you wish to have more prominent features such as blurb at the top of the forum or banners please use the example that is currently in this forum as a sample size.
2) If you wish to give more focus to your production by creating more interactiivity, consider using the poll. Or sent in profiles of the actors or actresses.

Complimentary Tickets:

In return for using this forum and the calender please provide complimentary tickets to us. (This is strictly not compulsory but would be appreciated)
